Keitha Clark, Private Fiddle Instructor

Kei­tha Clark is an active teacher, per­former and com­pos­er based in White­horse, Yukon.

She has appeared on more than a dozen albums, includ­ing the Juno nom­i­nat­ed Annie Lou. Her most recent record­ingsare The Water­shed, an album of orig­i­nal mate­r­i­al inspired by Yukon land­scapes, and Now is a Far Coun­try, a EP of orig­i­nal Celtic tunes.

In Cana­da she has per­formed as far north as Inu­vik and as far south as Toron­to. Kei­tha­has also toured Chi­na with the Grant Simp­son Quintet.

Her musi­cal arrange­ment have been per­formed by string ensem­bles in Ontario, British Colum­bia, Saskatchewan and the Yukon, as well as the Prob­lem­at­ic Cham­ber Orches­tra and All City Band,

Kei­tha has found­ed fid­dling pro­grams in Tes­lin and Haines Junc­tion and was the Artis­tic Direc­tor of the Fid­dle­heads from2015-2020.She main­tains a busy pri­vate stu­dio and has taught vio­lin at near­ly every com­mu­ni­tyin the Yukon.

In addi­tion to her work as a musi­cian, she also coor­di­nates the Artist In the School Pro­gram and Com­mu­ni­ty School Tour­ing Program.She is cur­rent­ly work­ing on her Mas­ters of Education.
